At first I thought had been bamboozeled ... but turns out the product works as it should, and vendor has the best customer service in modern day history! So far no problems printing outside of the the cartridge not recognizing the correct amount of ink { i could care less as long is it handles my print jobs. Already on deck to purchase a dozen for Q4.


 Color cartridge didn't work (from 2010-08-23)


Despite there being no reviews, i bit the bullet and ordered the black/color combo. the black cartridge seems to work, but the color one didn't. tried doing all the printer unclog/clean/align tools, but that didn't seem to help.

oh well, you get what you pay for.
